Poland 100 Best Restaurants. The goal of this elite guide is to promote places that maintain the highest quality and adhere to principles adopted in the world of gastronomy, created with passion and commitment, which deserves recognition and distinction. The gala and the guide itself are an excellent summary of the good things that have happened in Polish gastronomy and an excellent impetus for the further development of the restaurant industry. The survey was completely anonymous. Trained inspectors visited restaurants and evaluated them using a questionnaire consisting of 100 items. In total, 845 restaurants were visited and examined, and the list of the 100 best restaurants included places that scored the highest number of points for the quality and freshness of their products, the harmony of their menu, the flavor of their dishes, the professionalism and quality of their service, the comfort and atmosphere of the stay, and the restaurant's surroundings and interior.
